1. Who We Are

This privacy policy applies to Tashi Malhotra (“we”, “us”, “our”), the owner and operator of naansenseai.art, a creator portfolio for music, content, livestreams, and links. The application “Tashi Malhotra Auto” referenced in this policy is a personal-use Pinterest publishing tool registered at developers.pinterest.com.

2. Scope

The Tashi Malhotra Auto Pinterest application is a personal-use tool that publishes Pinterest pins to a single Pinterest account owned and operated by Tashi Malhotra (tashisleepy). The application does not access, collect, store, or process data from any other Pinterest user, account, or visitor.

3. Information We Access

When the application connects to Pinterest via OAuth, it accesses only the following from the connected account owner:

  • The connected Pinterest user’s account ID, username and display name.
  • The connected user’s boards, pin metadata and pin analytics.
  • Permission to create new pins and update boards on behalf of the connected user.

The application does not access any other user’s profile, follower data, messages, or private information.

4. How We Use the Information

The information accessed via Pinterest is used solely to:

  • Publish new pins to boards owned by the authenticated account.
  • Schedule pins for future publication.
  • Read pin and board metadata for organisation and analytics review by the account owner.

We do not sell, trade, share, transfer, rent, or otherwise disclose any data accessed via Pinterest to third parties.

5. Data Storage and Security

Access tokens issued by Pinterest are stored in a private credential store accessible only to the account owner. Pin content (images, captions, board assignments) is processed locally and submitted to Pinterest’s API. We do not maintain a public database of user data.

6. Data Retention

Access tokens are retained only as long as the account owner permits. The account owner may revoke access at any time via Pinterest settings (pinterest.com/settings/apps/), which immediately invalidates the token.

7. User Rights

The connected Pinterest account owner has the right to:

  • Revoke the application’s access at any time.
  • Request deletion of any locally stored token or metadata by emailing the contact below.
  • Receive a copy of any data the application has stored.

8. Cookies and Tracking

The application itself runs as a server-to-server tool and does not set cookies, run analytics, or track users in any browser session. The naansenseai.art website may use standard cookies for site functionality.

9. Children’s Privacy

The application is not directed to anyone under the age of 13 and does not knowingly access data from minors.

10. Third Party Services

The Tashi Malhotra Auto application interacts only with Pinterest’s official API (api.pinterest.com). It does not transmit data to any other third party service.

11. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
